Our huge 9 feet long wood fired BBQ Grill trailer is designed to "get the
heat and smoke up to speed" and start cooking within minutes of arrival to
the event site.
We use real wood to add that special smoke flavor ,also using a specially
blended seasoning with Texas Hickory and Mesquite.
